Thank you for shopping with Jia Personal Care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy below:

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • If the return is due to our error (such as a defective product or an incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund once the item is received and inspected.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used skin patches

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
